Mail for you.
And for your agents.

aMail is an agentic multi-inbox mail client. It holds every account in one place and gives agents one authenticated connection to all of them. You run it. The Omarchy plugin puts the same queues on the desktop.

Every inbox. One desk.

Agents finish the inbox. You keep your read state.

Human unread and agent analyzed are separate flags. An agent asks for is:unanalyzed, does the work, marks it analyzed. Nothing is handled twice; nothing you have not read gets silently “read”.

  • Threading from Message-ID / References
  • FTS5 search with operators, snooze, star, archive
  • Explainable smart views: Primary, GitHub CI, Ops errors
  • Remote content blocked until you ask

[01]What it is

A real mail client, agentic first

Unified IMAP/SMTP inboxes for humans — plus an analyzed flag and a single authenticated MCP/REST door so agents can triage without trampling your read state.

[02]How you run it

Open source. You host it.

Clone it, Docker it, keep it. MIT, free forever on your iron. Same client on a VPS, a home box, or the Omarchy plugin’s server mode.

[03]On the desktop

Omarchy plugin

Bar badges for unread and not-analyzed, a triage panel, client or server mode. Same product, closer to the metal.

for humans

IMAP / SMTP · many accounts

Every inbox. One desk.

Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, Mail-in-a-Box, or custom IMAP/SMTP — all under one client. Threading, compose, attachments, shortcuts. A mail client, not a chatbot with an inbox glued on.

MCP is Streamable HTTP at /mcp on the aMail you run — loopback, a reverse proxy, whatever you expose. Same token as the REST API. This marketing site does not host your mail.
